Field operations orchestration · In validation

One control plane.
Multiple routes.
Verified outcomes.

Traversage is developing a provider-neutral orchestration platform designed to coordinate distributed field work with guarded commitments, controlled recovery, and independently reviewed completion evidence.

Development and pilot validation underway. No general-availability or integration commitments are implied.

Built around accountable execution

Control the work, not just the schedule.

01 / IDENTITY

One canonical job

A consistent job identity is designed to organize policy, routing, and evidence across multiple possible execution networks.

02 / AUTHORITY

Guard every commitment

Separate a proposed route from an authorized commitment, with explicit approval boundaries and auditable decisions.

03 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Recover and verify

Design for guarded failover, exception visibility, and a completion review grounded in evidence rather than an unverified status update.

COMPACT VIEW

MSP-to-provider orchestration

This visual summarizes how Traversage is intended to normalize inbound work, route to one or more provider paths, apply commitment controls, and return verified outcome updates.

WHAT A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT CAN SEE
  • Demand enters from MSPs or enterprise service requests.
  • Traversage normalizes the job, manages routing logic, and applies a commit guard before execution.
  • Primary, secondary, and specialty providers can be coordinated within the same control plane.
  • Expected outcome evidence may include photos, timestamps, location data, and completion notes, subject to the approved workflow.

Illustrative operating view only. Exact integrations, provider ecosystems, and pilot workflows remain subject to validation and approved implementation scope.

Where the model fits

Designed for fragmented field operations.

Traversage is designed for teams that coordinate third-party service work across multiple locations, vendors, and execution systems. The following are illustrative use cases, not validated customer deployments.

MSPs & SERVICE NETWORKS

One intake, multiple service routes

Translate incoming work orders into a canonical job with a controlled handoff to eligible providers.

ENTERPRISE FIELD OPERATIONS

Visibility across provider changes

Track the operational state when a provider cannot accept, misses a commitment, or needs escalation.

COMPLEX OR SPECIALTY WORK

Evidence before close

Collect agreed proof of service—such as completion notes, timestamps, location, or photos—before a job is marked complete.

Why evaluate Traversage? Explore whether a neutral execution-control layer can reduce manual handoffs, make recovery decisions auditable, and standardize completion evidence. Results depend on pilot scope and measurement; no savings or service-level results are claimed.
Exploratory pilot conversations

Validate a workflow before scaling it.

We're seeking conversations with MSPs, enterprise operations teams, and field-service networks willing to examine a focused workflow. Participation, timeline, supported integrations, costs, and success measures would be agreed in writing before any pilot begins.

PROPOSED ENGAGEMENT PATH

How a pilot would be scoped

  1. DiscoveryIdentify a representative field-work process and where handoffs fail.
  2. Scope & data reviewDefine intake formats, provider endpoints, authorized actions, evidence needs, and data restrictions.
  3. Controlled validationRun agreed scenarios with explicit approvals and appropriate test or isolated environments.
  4. Results reviewEvaluate traceability, exception handling, recovery behavior, and proof-of-completion quality.
WHAT WE'D DISCUSS

What a prospective client should bring

  • A sample work-order workflow and current handoff process.
  • Typical provider categories, coverage areas, and routing constraints.
  • Required SLAs, escalation conditions, and completion evidence.
  • An appropriate technical or operations owner for scoping.

We do not need confidential records or credentials to begin an introductory discussion. Commercial terms and integration work are scoped individually; no fixed-duration or free pilot is promised.

Development transparency

What is defined—and what remains in validation.

DESIGNED

Control-plane model

The canonical-job, routing, commitment-authority, recovery, and verified-close workflow is the planned architectural foundation.

IN TECHNICAL VALIDATION

Provider and ticketing connections

Read-only ticket retrieval and selected provider integration scenarios are under test. End-to-end production dispatch and broad integrations are not represented as generally available.

NOT YET PROMISED

Commercial deployment

Customer production access, supported integration lists, SLAs, guaranteed performance, and availability dates require separate verification and agreement.

The diagram and content on this site illustrate the intended operational model. They do not indicate that every integration, provider path, or evidence control is already operating in production.

Security & operational trust

Governed execution starts with clear boundaries.

The platform design emphasizes explicit authorization, traceability, and appropriate evidence review. Actual security controls and data processing terms must be confirmed for each validated implementation.

Design priorities

  • Keep recommendations separate from permission to commit work.
  • Record job state changes and relevant decision evidence.
  • Define access and retention requirements for photos, timestamps, and location data.
  • Use isolated environments and approved test data for early integration validation.

Questions we resolve before a pilot

  • Who is authorized to submit, approve, and close work?
  • Which data fields are shared with each provider?
  • Where is evidence stored, who can access it, and for how long?
  • What escalation, incident response, and deletion procedures are required?
Traversage does not claim SOC 2 certification, specific encryption architecture, production uptime commitments, or completed privacy assessments on this site. Relevant controls and legal terms must be reviewed before exchanging production data.
